Ingredients : e.g.: Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica L.) fructus; anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; e.g. of: Ashwagandha (Withania somniferaDunal) root, Shatavari [Asparagus racemosus Oberm ( Willd] root, Long pepper (Piper longum L.) fructus, Centella (Centella Asiatica L.) folium, Haritaki (Terminalia chebula Retz.) fructus, Tribolo ( Tribulus terrestris L.) fructus, Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) radix, Caper (Capparis spinosa L.) fructus, Chicory (Cichorium intybus L.) folium, Malabar nut (Adhatoda passateca Nees.) folium, Tulasi (Ocimum sanctum L .) grass, stabilizer: Pvp; e.g. of: Ajamoda (Trachyspermum ammi Sprague) fructus, Caesalpina (Caesalpinia bonduc Roxb.) folium, Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans Houtt.) fructus, Bilwa (Aegle marmelos Correa) folium, Vine (Vitis vinifera L.) folium, Inula (Inula helenium L.) rhizoma c. radix, Weed bunting (Cyperus rotundus L.) radix, Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanioides Nash) radix, Vidhari [Pueraria tuberosa (Roxb.ex Willd.) Recommended daily dose : 2 tablets twice a day, preferably on an empty stomach, in the morning at breakfast and in the early afternoon, with water or another warm drink.

Action on the Doshas : balances the three doshas and in particular Vata.
