Triphala Guggul forte contains ingredients with diuretic and draining properties that promote the physiological elimination of excess fluids. In combination with a healthy diet and regular exercise it can be useful in cases of obesity and related disorders.
The Guggul resin (Commiphora mukul Hook.) and the active ingredients that this vegetal exudate makes available contribute to modulating the absorption of carbohydrates and lipids. This classic Ayurvedic preparation combines the detoxifying and regenerating rasayana actions of Triphala with the profound purifying action of Guggul. According to Ayurvedic theory, Triphala Guggul forte effectively decongests the body's channels, minimizes the accumulation of toxins (Ama) and promotes their elimination. It is recommended to take it for a long time in order to appreciate its slow but profound and effective action. For an overall action, the association of Triphala Guggul forte with Ayuslim may be useful.
