Turmeric , known in Hindi as Curcuma longa L., is a plant whose rhizome is widely used in the centuries-old tradition of Ayurvedic culture. This precious ingredient is renowned for its numerous beneficial properties, in particular for supporting digestive and liver function.

Recommended daily dose : 2 tablets twice a day with a warm drink.
