This natural remedy is prepared using the fruits of three sacred plants: Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica L.), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula Retz.), and Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica Roxb.), which together form a balanced combination containing all the flavors, such as exception of the salty one.
